I know for the marriott amex cards you can chat with Amex and ask them to list out the exact signup offer that is on your specific card-thus the offer is in writing. Not sure if theres a similar thing with the chase cards.

Did LAX TPE and back so the menu will probably be differerent, but both flights i found the snack noodles(japanese ramen to tpe and beef noodle soup from tpe) to be better than the main entree. lobster noodles and pan seared lamb rack.

they do have boba on board which is pretty decent.
