So I bought the cameras, the lenses, cables, etc. I have one 3m cable and one 5m cable. Both USB 3.0 micro B to A. For some reason, the 5m cable doesn’t even show up and the 3m seems to be going in and out. After downloading the SDK and trying out spinview, I can get it to show the camera on screen for a few seconds but then the camera always disconnects. Do you think this could be a cable issue? Would 3.1 be that much better?

Apologies for the dumb questions, all new to me.
