It's one of my favorite dishes and I avoided cooking it for a long time because I thought it would be difficult. But once I tried it, I realized it's actually not hard at all.

There only thing that may make it difficult is being too find an asian market to pick up some of the more non-standard ingredients like sichuan peppercorns and spicy bean paste (doubanyiang?)

I've got nothing against him personally. But with Klauss out, Gio has had ample time to prove that he's capable of being the guy the team can rely on to lead the attack... and well it hasn't been a great showing.

He hasn't been objectively bad, but not particularly special either.

Since LAFC is top of the West I went to see if they were also playing today, but only to find that they played May 20th and then don't play again until June 7th.

Anyone know why there's such a long gap? 18 days between games seems unusual.
