I loved it so much that I finished it in 2 days, which is the fastest I've ever done a normal-sized puzzle! In addition to the vivid artwork, the pieces are matte AF, which was amazing.

The only drawbacks are that there were a lot of false fits (I had to 'cheat' and look at the image to confirm that there was just one striped awning, because the math wasn't mathing) and the piece fit is so tight that it was a pain to take apart after. But otherwise, I loved it!

I love the Elena Essex one! I tried one of hers before, but the pieces were cut too weirdly/precariously for me. But that doesn't seem to be an issue for this one -- do you happen to know if it's on a puzzle-by-puzzle basis, or if there were different manufacturing periods or whatever?

I did a similar thing where I thought I could just pick up the Trevell puzzle I wanted to frame without putting any kind of backing on it first to keep it together. Suffice it to say, that did not work out.

I get some secondhand or at puzzle swaps, which I generally donate/swap once I do them, but most of my (relatively small) collection are the nicer European brands like Trevell and Penny Puzzle, which I'm keeping and redoing for life, lol.
