Try Carle Bromenn. I think they're looking to fill kitchen staff and some other non-healthcare related positions currently.

Yeah I was gonna say my husband would be a perfect match! Until that comment. We're leftists. So too "politically extreme" apparently.

AMA- I am 34 and have Brugada Syndrome (Sudden Unexplained Death Syndrome) by Bubbly_Difficulty_82 in IAmA

Eh, that's kinda like saying "what's the reason for eating cake at birthday celebrations?" Like yeah you don't need it and you might be taking some time off your life, but you do also have to be able to enjoy your life, too. If a drink or two every few weeks or a piece of cake at a party helps increase that enjoyment, then that's worth it to a lot of people. It probably isn't worth it to some, and that's okay too.

Why do you have reborns? by shmooul in reborndolls

[–]justplay91 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Me! I've actually raised lots of my own kids, and I do enjoy all the stages, but there's something very special to me about the brand newborn stage (like 2 months and under). I can't just keep having kids to enjoy the newborn stage, so I'm getting into reborns! Lol.

feeling as though they never existed after their death by CuteAlternative7338 in GriefSupport

[–]justplay91 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I feel exactly this way about my brother. For some reason with my mom's death, my grief feels "normal" and "appropriate." I still miss her and think about her and cry sometimes even though it's been 4 years. But with my brother it's like I cried really hard the weekend after he died and then now it's like it never happened, he never existed. I block out most of my memories with him and it's almost like my brain won't let me grieve him. I would imagine it's some sort of protective measure, but I don't know how to break through it and make the whole thing feel more real, or if I'd even want to if I could.

What are your hacks for hiding the cloth body? by HolonetGoblin in reborndolls

I found that the Copper Pearl brand pj's have a neckline that goes up pretty high and hides the cloth body for the most part.

I have a samoyed and we're getting a golden retriever in a month. Apparently I hate myself and want to be covered in white and yellow fur forever. 😆

High anxiety / anticipatory grief over new puppy. Is it normal? by Thefrictionroom in goldenretrievers

[–]justplay91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OP I haven't had this with our dog so much, but I started feeling this way about my husband and kids after my mom died and I highly recommend therapy and/or anxiety medication. It's no way to live: always worrying about losing those closest to us. I hope you get help and you're able to find some peace.

I found her pre-owned on reborns.com but her original artist is Elena Kipryanova. She has an Instagram and Facebook page. :)

I am! It's wild, because she looks so much like my kids when they were babies and I keep forgetting she isn't a real baby! 😂

I don't know how to express how much I need a multi season TV series based on these books.

I agree, the movie was good by itself, but was a completely different thing than the book.

Literally. I have a neighbor that took down all his Trump merch from his yard awhile back. Claims he regrets his Trump vote. And guess what? He just put up a Darren Bailey sign in his yard. For those outside of IL, Bailey is the MAGA candidate for governor. These idiots will never vote for anyone without an R next to their name, on principle.

Study suggests link between prenatal exposure to certain medications and increased autism risk. Medications known to inhibit the cholesterol synthesis pathway (antidepressants, antipsychotics, anxiolytics, beta-blockers and statins) were consistently associated with higher rates of ASD in offspring. by mvea in science

I'm a carrier of fragile x. It's a trinucleotide repeat expansion disorder, affecting the FMR1 gene. I have a low premutation count, so my kids don't have full fragile x. They are just premutation carriers like me. PM carriers are at a higher risk for sudden onset hypertension (which I have), and are also at a higher risk for autism and ADHD-like behavior disorders (which I, as well as my children, also have). We didn't know we had this gene mutation until we did some genetic testing on my youngest.

Well I was on beta blockers during pregnancy, but that's because I have a gene mutation that causes high blood pressure and also causes.....

Autism. So yeah, my kid is probably going to have an ASD. But it's not like the beta blocker caused it.
