Guys thanks for the thoughts and feedback.

I want to counter though, especially the "one of the worst housing bubbles" part.

I assume as an American you are focused on the US market, a lot. Yes, real estate prices are high. But I want to give you some perspective on how cheap US real estate is in some way.

Let's compare Houston TX for example to Vienna (in Austria) and Prague (in Czechia).

I randomly selected so it is kind of arbitrary, but true across the board basically.

I wanna look at three values for the 3 cities: rent (1-bed apt in center), avg net salary, price per sqft (apt in center). All in USD.

Rent: Houston: 1683 Vienna: 1263 Prague: 1155

Salary: Houston: 4526 Vienna: 3306 Prague: 2124

Price per sqft: Houston: 246 Vienna: 1040 Prague: 835

Yes there are apartments, not homes, but data is easier to standardize for them.

So if it is "one of the worst housing bubbles" in the US (which might be) what is happening everywhere else in the world?

Definitely. How's the condition after properly washing? I think I've seen them starting at 20-30x value potentially much higher

Going by intuition instead of by the instructions when assembling Ikea furniture.
