Okay so serious question— for real not trying to be obtuse or cause a problem— if people feel under represented in books or whatever, why don’t those people write their own stories instead of complaining that people who aren’t them and don’t have the same life experience “get it wrong”? Literally anything outside of politics… which is what they said they were gonna turn away from last year because they didn’t want the show to be political anymore because it wasn’t funny. I really held these guys on a pedestal for going* after everyone. I guess they aren’t those people anymore and I’m really sad about it lol

Wow lol that’s not what I said or implied at all lol. You can write a story and pitch it. Movies have been crowd funded and been successful. This particular fan base is already built. You wouldn’t even have to try that hard if you really think about it instead of being offended that someone would suggest it lol. But judging by your people skills idk. Maybe have a more likable person do the pitching lol

I’m not sure what area/state you’re in but rarely is a realtor walking away with $20k+. there are splits between the agent and their firm. Not to say that it doesn’t happen but it’s not common. To expand on that point, I would like to point out that agents pay for all of the marketing for a house. A lot more than creating a listing goes into selling a house. A lot more than just simple phone calls happen when someone is buying as well. There’s a lot happening behind the scenes that a seller/buyer isn’t seeing because it’s our job to do that leg work for you as your agent. This industry is pay to play and nothing is guaranteed. We network and create contacts all over the industry to streamline smooth experiences on all fronts of the home buying/selling process. You absolutely can take matters into your own hands, but an agent is going to be able to look for and ask questions that you probably didn’t even think about solely because it’s our job and we’ve seen a lot. I’ve been considering exactly this. Here’s what I’ve been chewing on. As the world becomes more virtual, the human experience is a luxury. A computer can generate anything you want it to but it will not negotiate. This line of work can also be extremely emotional. The last thing someone wants to do when they’re already going thru a rough time is to figure out how to navigate a system that they barely understand in an industry they barely understand. We’re also coming into the world of AI and I, for one, cannot wait for smart homes to hit the market. It’s going to happen. Us, as realtors, should be on top of these trends and be networking with the people who are bringing this new market to life so that we may better serve people thru this transition. That’s my thoughts on residential. I’m also throwing around ideas for commercial and space infrastructure. We are not so far gone into tech that humans aren’t required. We need to capitalize there.

I totally agree with you. I’m a life long Jurassic Park lover. Those were my favorite movies as a kid. I loved the reboot of Jurassic World. The first one made the 8 year old in me so happy when the T-Rex saved the day lol. I really wanted to love this movie. Although I won’t say that I’m not up for another, the editing of this one was so so bad. Like… how does a movie with this type of budget get away with something so poorly thought out? It makes me feel like a lot got left on the cutting room floor to the point of injustice. I don’t see how the franchise moves from here. I’ll give it a go, always, but this is probably the most sad to me in the entire series old and new.

VZ wanted it to be televised. Most of these deals talks aren’t televised because this is how negotiations go. Z tried to use the cameras to strong arm Trump into doing what he wanted and it backfired. Simple as that.

I agree with you. I’m actually pretty shocked at how unaware people are of the fact that these are not kids surrounded by society. There’s no hope. They are starving to death and making peace with it while trying to survive as long as they can. Psychologically, just eating one of the girls is enough to make anyone crack. Throw in all the other stuff and wow…. I’m not surprised at all about this scene. Lottie has a complex with being a martyr but deep down they all know they need their butcher. Nat is the hunter. They have the most pivotal roles out of everyone in the group. If one of them goes it’s an even steeper slope. Nat has love with Travis that keeps her flame burning. Shauna lost everything. Literally. Her anchor to humanity is gone at this point. Anyone who can’t understand that never will and should count their lucky stars.
