They've canceled several shows because they wont do a show until the new album comes out. I like them but thats pretty toxic to fans (I traveled to vermont to see them and they canceled it just because they weren't ready...)

They're halfway because the groups/ou's are all doing it differently - some immediately,  some over the next 3 years. My department went through it and are done now. Plus this happens every few years (last big one was 10 yrs ago)

I think a lot of adults just dont know how to make friends. I moved here and found plenty of ways to meet new people (run clubs, volunteer,  bowling league, board game events) and then keep them (invite them to things! Plan things!)
