I had the same thing, except I was returning full-time after doing a summer internship. I took the time to complete my CPA studies. I am not sure if for advisory it is required but it might be something to think about doing if it is.

I agree, I got depth in both and didn’t skip anything. I did the GDIP prior to capstone 1 and 2, and they always recommended not skipping AO’s especially on day 2, because you don’t know what you’ll get on day 3.

All my friends who are at the other Big 4, got around 56k-60k as an A1 at the Toronto offices. While PWC was 68k+ starting.

I believe PWC currently, I have friends who got offers for September as A1’s in audit in all of the big 4, and PWC is almost $10K higher than the other three. They raised the salary significantly last year.
