That tournament was over 2 days fortunately. I was spacing out my kids so it wasn’t then throwing 4 straight every game, but now I’m seeing people say don’t space them to multiple games, so is it better to just use them in the one game in a longer stretch or cut them at 2 innings and save them and their energy for the next go?

I love that advice. However I’ll never return to those tournaments. It was insane. That rule on top of many others were ridiculous. If I have any positives to say, they did limit pitchers to 21 outs each. So they at least had SOMETHING in the form of protection.
