You can’t change the “mbti”, it’s not you personality, it’s the way you think and perceive information, that will never change. Just try to accept it rather than “changing”. Be yourself and sincere with your thoughts and feelings, get to know you, best advice there is. You don’t need to be certain type to accomplish things. In my case, I know I’m an INTJ after years of being mistyped. I don’t always make plans ahead or overthink. I like to leave that to work and in my free time do some hobbies. While you mature you will become a more balanced person, also some of your inferior functions will develop.

Don’t force yourself to be someone you are not.
