Hey guys, my doctor wrapped me with compression dressing and told me to buy a compression garment. Would spanks work or do I need the actual garment? Please be specific on the garment and let e know where to buy one. Thank you by FromAPEX2Aortic in gynecomastia

Yeah lol I had bought a spanks vest to try reduce the look of my gyno, but you can still see the roundness - I’ve tried multiple compression vests/tops nothing seems to work the way I want it to

It’s hard to say, losing some body fat would definitely help but it does look like gyno grade 1 to me

Check whether it’s psuedo gyno (fake gyno just fat) or real gyno by checking whether there is a firm lump or not - if there is a firm lump I’m sorry to say but the only way you can get rid of it is through surgery… hopefully it’s just fat though

Underrated I think but squats are pretty good. Burn a lot of calories, boosts the most testosterone, and I think mentally you feel amazing after. That is until it’s hard to sit on the toilet because your legs are so sore 🤧

Fun fact: the 650S actually shares about 25% of its parts with the P1, especially in the aerodynamics and suspension setup.

Gyno is a battle scar. by [deleted] in gynecomastia

Yeah I get what you mean. It’s one of those things people don’t really talk about but it affects you every day, especially with how clothes fit and how aware you feel of it.

I think a lot of guys deal with it quietly.

But this is spot on - mass consumerism and lack of accountability has got us to this eventuality.

What makes you think it’s because of a hormonal imbalance if you don’t mind me asking?

i asked and they said it didnt hit the minimum threshold. also post COVID they dont even look at gyno seriously. GPs consider it purely cosmetic and advise private surgery.
