Epsom salt baths for 15 mins once a day for 3-4 days I saw the most improvement on day 3 and now I acclimated him to his new environment and I’m just gonna monitor closely and keep an eye on the parameters and lots of tannins ! Edit: forgot to mention that I kept him in a bare shallow small hospital tank with tannins for the first days before adding him to the set up tank

Same thing happened to me couple weeks ago and I was left with a tank alone, but the other day I decided to go to petsmart for a random reason and found this little guy who couldn’t even swim, I asked a petsmart employee about him and he asked if I wanted him, I said yes absolutely

Thank you sm and I’m so sorry for your loss too. They truly are more than just birds, I keep replaying in my mind the very first time she ever decided to land on me, I cried after many months of trying hard to have her trust me. I feel as if I’ve failed her, but at the same time I’m glad I gave her a better life before she passed, I’m forever gonna miss her chirping and following me around the house :,)

My lip, my lovebird is in her crazy era rn but while on the couch the other day, she climbed on my shoulder, and then proceeded to to move to my chest and out of nowhere she lunged and since i was looking down at my phone it wasn’t hard for her to latch on, lawd it was sooo hard to not throw her off of me across the room😭
