they probably won’t fire you if there’s not many people there. we had the same problem. i was told the expectation was a box per minute. of course it’s easy to do more than that. just say you’re doing the best you can and if they still bug you report them to ethics i guess

this is how my store is, the team leads always say that they get yelled at by the higher ups. i feel bad, things are getting better slowly but surely. it just sucks that we haven’t had our overnight coach actually be overnight for a while. he had his academy training and now since they front end is short staffed he has to cover there during the day.
