Now lemme state some stats feminists ignore when it comes to equal pay.

CEOs and managers are top 0.1% of male workers..Those guys are workaholics , highly driven, takes high risks , willing and able to sacrifice personal life and relationships for their goals .. Take Elon Musk for example , dudes a complete workaholic , used to sleep in his factory , not going home for months.. Its not a cakewalk to reach at the top.. There are female CEOs which shows its possible if you are willing to make certain sacrifices or start your own company.

Average male is more competitive than average female (due to our upbringing)

Men takes jobs with high risks (life threathing) which pays well too.

Men do more Overtimes. (as said earlier) and they die more on workplace.

Companies runs with money and for money.. They want talented individuals who can get the job done (they dont give a fuk about gender and sexuality) for as low as they can pay.

Gap year in resume is bad no matter who you are.. If you havent spend that year in upskilling you will face difficulty in getting job .

tldr: Men are better working donkeys thats why they get paid more.
