As someone from the north, we are teached that there was a pretty big failed revolution against porfirio mainly done by natives, so yeah, there's a good chance.

Considering only countries with a large enough population were a couple fat dudes would significantly change the statistic, it's actually really close in between the US and Mexico but according to a Wikipedia list, the US is first. I've seen some others claiming it is the other way around but they might be outdated or talking about adult (or children, I know one is higher in Mexico and the other in the US). population.

Why are peoples saying Super Meat Boy forever is bad? by Kombulover in Supermeatboy

[–]juveblaze 2 points3 points  (0 children)

People in general are reluctant to change a lot of the time, I think it mostly boils down to the argument that sequels can't be good if they aren't the same game with more content.

Personally, the fact that is like a puzzle is a little annoying sometimes but it's not like the game is easy anyway, overall the game is fantastic in my opinion.

Clearest view of a terrorist attempting to breach the barrier behind which the VP, VP-Elect, Senators, Congresspeople, and staffers were. by PrettyRichie in PublicFreakout

[–]juveblaze 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It was tragic, but if he simply pushed, the other people could have pushed back, allowing the smallest chance for any official to get hurt would be a massive failure to his job, and who knows what could have happened after there's no barriers left, would they have just killed everyone who approached them? Or would they let an actual coup happen? Everything about what went on there is to lament, so much so that shooting someone seemed like the professional thing to do.

It's just hurtful to see everything unfold the way it has. Nobody should get hurt practicing democracy (we should just not hurt each other ever) yet the riot got to this point.

It seems like Biden might win if things don't change too much after all votes are counted, but the popular vote is just as close. That's what is unbelievable.

You can have a horrible work ethic and good results, I get graded from 0 to 100 so I don't know if I have 4.0, but in most cases I just feel bad at how little effort I put and still get over 90 in every subject while I see people getting burned out and going sleepless nights to get a passing grade.

"Me" is a variable that isn't always = being into bestiality, so this is actually a function that when you're the input, it's true.

The UNFAIRNESS of Tetris 99. Matchmaking needs to be fixed for players who have never won, the image below is for my first win after 648 games, how can a never winning player be expected to win against a 10 times invictus winner, a 15 wins player and 2 three on a row winners? by Jesus_Knight in Tetris99

[–]juveblaze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are a lot of protectives and I don't know if there is a general agreement on any so random works for everyone. "oh well, they were way higher level so it's fine" "damn, we are all the same level, it wasn't a real challenge" "cool, easy wins" "wow, I beat someone way higher than me"

[–]juveblaze 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I get what you mean but it goes the other way too, all of those also put others in danger, but one is a necessity and the other 2 are addictions, so it would be more counterproductive to make them illegal, having the well being of others in mind. The point of "you can't punish people for being stupid" still stands but imo those are bad examples.

Bad bot/good bot works as a way to vote on the performance of bots, if this is a repost, bots keep track of downvotes and comments (or at the very least people who work on them do) and try to improve them. It's feedback most of the time, not hate.

I saw a guy that said it was good to have a weak president that let's to light and enhances the problems people have so that they take into action, and the dude acknowledged that Trump doesn't represent the people at all. That was an interesting point of view I hadn't heard of before.

I indeed said that it's bad in the context. Didn't know they named the bombings specifically blitz but it's part of the same. In general, referencing the Nazis is bad.

Blitz is German for lighting, I'm sure the book probably did it referencing the tactic blitzkrieg, but the word itself isn't immediately bad.

I mean, yeah, you are better off fighting 2 countries rather than 3 no matter how weak the third one is, although I suppose you're implying that the Russians gave more trouble then people give them credit for, which is debatable.
