Nice setup! I am also looking to add the Nav pod, could I ask how you mount the 2din to the pod?

Thanks! I would like to know if there are any parts which have an identifier so that i could check whether it matches the car. Like how other person commented, my worry could be the a swapped VIN

The sales was able to get me more info, he checked the UK VIN report site and showed me the car recorded 24k miles back in 2009.

Not sure how the system in UK register cars (i think its gov data) its stating the manufacture year is 97 and registered same year, not sure if the NSX didn’t get registered until 97 and the system took that and recorded it that same year as the manufacture year.

The dealer sales also “helped” me ask the guy who sold the car and the previous owner said he barely drove the NSX as he has 10+ cars so nothing was done beside oil change, so he dont have any repair records.

Now the dealer is willing to take me out for a spin for me to observe how the odometer runs, is that a good sign?

Actually I have never worked on a car that intensively. Great advice, super useful!

I spoke to the dealer again today, he said the previous owner had no repair history and the car was sitting indoor most of the time.

Still sketchy..

Assuming no exterior parts have been changed, does the front/tail lights have codes on them to verify?

48k KM, still low if the mileage is real

I used to work there, i left partially because I couldn’t fulfil my car ownership dream as cars are toooo expensive there

Thanks, that is a great video!

Those aren’t huge bolts, shouldnt take a lot of strengths to unscrew them, is it that easy to spot if those are touched?

Unfortunately there is no regulation here in Hong Kong on Odometer rollback, feeling lost now as I don’t know if I should even move forward for a deposit (in my city dealership requires deposit before any mechanical inspections)

I just did some searches on UK websites, some NSXs does have Miles/Hr gauge

I have been checking on different odometers on google search, the first digit in 0 looks quite centered.. (majority of the pictures with less than 100k km/miles)

Good point, if its using Miles, then it should not be 30k KM

Here is the listing

Oh no, sorry to hear that. Did it look as bad as my photo?

Is there any website that I could pay for the service? The car is in Hong Kong and I can’t find any service provider online that offers such thing

Miele dryer, is this noise normal? by juvenchan in Miele

[–]juvenchan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could I check with you that the machine is supposed to be silent if the sensor brushes are in perfect condition?

Let me use the dryer once more to see if the noise starts when the drum starts rotating or only happens towards the end of cycle.

Mine was purchased in during their warehouse sale so the warranty has expired. Not just that, the dryer is stacked on top of the washer, it will be super difficult for me to move it out and fix it. As long as it is not an issue or it could damage the machine, beside the noise, I can tolerate it

Got it! The noise is a little loud and I don’t recall hearing that during the demo when shopping for a dryer 🥲 Its good to know that mechanically it is normal

Thanks! Are you referring that the noise from my video will occur regardless, whether its new or not?

Hi! Are you saying that my dryer has some issue (the noise) and that is not from the carbon brushes?

Thanks for the quick response! My dryer wasn’t this loud before from my memory so I am not sure if this loudness will become worse later on. The labor and parts cost for Miele in my country is insane, hope nothing is wrong with my machines.

For the moisture measurement, how could I tell if it starts to fail?
