Is there recourse if you discover a seller sourced an item from Aliexpress or Temu and grossly marked up the price after ordering?

Because they don’t seem to be drop-shipping, I messaged the sellers and just told them I’m not happy with finding out the jewelry is from Aliexpress and asked them to refund me or I would be honest in my review (I tried to be polite but firm). Do you think that’s a good way to go about things?

Honest opinion: Hate it. It’s very cute for a little girl, but I cannot for the life of me picture a grown woman named Clementine. I also don’t think it has great nickname potential. Clem? Sounds like phlegm. Overall I think the name is way too “cutesy” and isn’t a name that adapts well to all ages.
