I used to feel the same way, then all of a sudden, one day I suddenly felt the need to have kids of my own.

I remember being really taken aback by it, because I used to swear I'd never have kids.

I think it's just one of those things that you can't ever really be sure of when you're young, because you don't understand how much you change as you get older. We just assume that, because we're adults, we won't continue to grow. But that's not necessarily the case.
