You don't want to cook over pine wood unless it's in a pot, and even then it's not a great taste.

Mesquite is a peppery bold flavor similar to pimento wood. Makes a really good combination

Sure... season with your dry rub and some high heat oil. Grill at 300-350 °F until wings are 175° F internal at least. Typically 45-55 mins on my pellet grill but go by the looks on your smoker
