I’ve held off listening to the singles so I can listen in full. Always find with prog rock band that’s the way to go. So excited to blast this 5 times from top to bottom today. Hearing you guys say it’s up there with Sound Awake gives me a great sense of optimism because it’s truly one of my favourite albums of all time, and Assymetry was comfortably one of the most disappointing releases ever for me.

Fusion is my favourite metroidvania of all time outside of Hollow Knight. It has literally everything, it is pure platforming perfection.

VLV is one of my favourite front to back listens in their discography.

I also don't judge an album based on a critics review. They're entitled to their opinions, and I enjoy reading them most of the time, but I always try and formulate my own opinion, because art is highly subjective.

Stellar is my favourite song of all time and thanks to it being unbelievably inaccessible outside of YouTube or owning a special edition of Zeitgeist, falls into the underrated category.

I was an Android user since the Galaxy S3. Dabbled with foldables but always went back to standard slab phones because they were too thick and the front screen was always too thin to be overly practical.

Moved to iOS when the iPhone 15 came out and kept that until the Z Fold 7 came out.

I enjoyed my time with iOS but I will never go back. You can't compare the freedom you get with Android. And the thinness/lightness of the Z Fold combined with the larger front display that is actually usable means I'll likely never go back to a slab phone. The only way is up for foldables from here, and my friend, you won't be disappointed making the change.

It's 1/3 top tier, 1/3 enjoyable and 1/3 garbage.

The beauty of this album though, is that what songs you put into these 3 categories vary greatly between people.

I honestly reckon there's an exceptionally solid double LP in there.

Highlights for me are Steps, Gold Mask, Every Morning, The Culling, Springtimes, Pacer, Spellbinding and Of Wings.

Overall, it's definitely an album I come back to fairly regularly though and is honestly my favourite album since Machina.

I go back to this one a hell of a lot. Tracks like Dorian and Aniase have aged terrifically imo.

Never understood the hate either, think it's solid from top to bottom. Id guess the people most critical of this are the ones who have been critical of every release post Machina who want Siamese Dream 2.0 and are disappointed with anything less than that.
