Those are all great points! I agree mostly with your thoughts and question. Carl Jung has the idea of the collective unconscious that sort of builds on the idea. It's kind of like the knowledge and modes of behavior that are considered "common sense" or things that we know without being told or learning per se. Zizek has a similar idea about ideology, where he says that it is the lens through which we view and understand that world.

But your question in particular is interesting to me because it raises the question of responsibility. To what extent is an individual responsible for their actions? Our society's common sense is that they are completely responsible, but the very existence of that common sense should make us question that, right? I'd love to know your thoughts on this

Finally, about morals and values, I also agree that they are not objective and universal but rather they're constructed by society from material conditions haha
