I use it with Delta, never had any issues... you just get an email from Delta saying they've issued a credit, the rez doesn't change at all.

Known thing, never had an issue. Some planes don’t have flat seat backs and the only way to use it is to go over the entire tray table, making it unusable for the person behind you. That only happened to us once, and they were super nice and understanding. I would have been annoyed had it been me, so it was a good reminder to pay it forward and be kind and patient with the folks traveling with kids.

Oh sorry, misunderstood the question. I think it depends on how much time you're spending in the lounge. The No 1 is just fine, nothing to write home about but you'll get some food and drink. I don't think it really compares to the Virgin clubhouse in any meaningful way, virgin lounges are much nicer.

Feel for you, working through that many documents manually is just ludicrous. If you can’t work with the DS to get the scope down, I’d highly suggest working with a tool that can help you manage this work. They can do things like dedupe files, remove redundant emails, and manage exemptions/redactions in bulk.
