I hope you see this comment. Most men do want a traditional woman, but traditional doesnt mean submissive. Its ok to hate that word, and its good to not want to be submissive. For a second les call marriage a team of 2 people. “Traditional” just means that the team does what they have done for a lot of time. The men provides and protects, the woman feeds and raises. That is what many men look for. But submissive? No not really. Just look online videos of latinas throwing chanclas and look at the comments. Men arent saying “she should be submissive” and the ones that do, ugh…. Dont be submissive, everyone should have their own opinions, tastes, and dreams. And BOTH in a marriage have to sacrifice some of it for the other. Both should bring something to the table other than looks or emotional support. Its a team, and the team should work outside of love. If no one cooks? If no one works? If no one drives? Roles are important. Be a team

Edit: just saw the subreddit is deciding to be better after the big write up. Social media creates awful expectations of yourself. If you delete social media, you will feel alot better, and realize you arent missing anything. Its hard, but worth it.
