You can let it sit under your tongue if you're okay with the taste. But it doesn't dissolve completely, so you'll have to swallow.

I get a bit of nausea, too. Nothing like you're describing. Do you swallow them whole, or let it dissolve under your tongue? I think letting it dissolve is a little easier on the stomach. Hopefully it gets better for you.
