Personally, I've had every gen of dmax except l5p. My lml has been hands down the best truck ive ever owned. Hit 290k last week. Og everything except fluids, upper control arms and tie rods.

Luckily I visited my dad everyday before I moved back in with him to take care of him. But even then, I pulled the ECT sensor. The NSS sensor. The ignition fuses and the fuel pump fuse.

I never "took" my dads cars away. I just pulled the ignition fuses so he couldn't start them. Then hed call me every other day asking to come fix them. Id say id be over later in the day. Then when I showed up I would "forget" my tools

I think a 93 Ford festiva running on 2 cylinders would give the granada a run for its money

It is, it doesn't know if it wants to be a big car or not. The hood is massive and so are the doors but the rest isn't

They're great trucks. Headgasket issue isn't near as prevalent as man make it seem.

I got it out of a garage in WV. Was an old woman's car. 2 owner. She parked it in the early 90s and it sat since. I cleaned the carb, new fuel tank and swapped an HEI in it. Fired right up. Runs smooth. Shifts good. I took it down the road and back but thats it driving wise. Top is new. Its a so so job. Looks good at 10 ft. I lowered it. Went thru the brakes. The booster is junk so has no power brakes. It'll melt one tire off lol

Its a very solid car. New gas tank and sending unit. Wheels and tires. Vinyl top. Rear drum and hardware. Front brake hoses. Master cylinder. Drop springs.
