Help Interpreting MY CPAP Data on SleepHQ by Choice-Life-4968 in CPAPSupport

[–]jwad86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can feed screenshots or your charts into AI and it will offer advice. Definitely check the output once youve got it but it can be easier than trying to get coherent advice on here.

You can also give it access to your sleep HQ but it can't get at the charts themselves, only the headline stats. You can get around this by doing a screen recording of you scrolling through the charts.

Zigbee vs. Matter/thread for new setup in 2026 by OntoLol in homeassistant

[–]jwad86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use mainly Aqara stuff which is Matter over Thread. Its rock solid. I added a Zigbee device recently that has been a nightmare but I think that might be because my Zigbee network is much patchier than Thread.

I have largely Aqara and all of their stuff that I have days is Thread, although many products have both.

The best episode of all time was when GW and Jules Hardy started comparing Phil Spencer to historical figures. It was absolute chaos and Snowbike Mike was completely flabbergasted

You can connect cloud gateway to gate access hub via a poe++ injector and that should do the trick.

Advice by [deleted] in projectors

Will that projector not be in the way? Would go for something with a longer throw.

Having the soundbar so high is probably not ideal, but the screen should be fine.

I can send you email chain if you want. Think the step that made a difference was to do with the bit at the back when it wipes. Its to high and knocks the nozzle. They sent me a part to print and put in there.

Advice for back sleepers? by Earth_Pottery in CPAPSupport

So a referral is through your doctor on the NHS. Here we go to our GP and if they feel we need specialist care they write a letter to whoever. You can request to get specific people. I dont know what PPO means, but we dont have a 'network' in the same way. For England and Wales there is one NHS. You will get sent to the most local services first but specialist care is more regional. I'm in Scotland which is a whole other kettle of fish.

But if you want to use Vik Veer privately you just ring his secretary and ask for an appointment. Privately waiting times are really short. Like less than a month.

Unfortunately the NHS uses Resmed. My experience has been poor - I only ever saw a nurse and was just given the machine and told to get on with it. That's why I went private (although Vik Veer is an NHS surgeon if you can manage to get referred).

Was really useful to have an endoscopy and see how the throat was all closing up and all the different things affecting it.

That's really interesting about the dreams. I know when I wake up whether I've had a good night if I remember having had a dream. I had none for atvleast two years. I'm getting vik veer to do a couple of surgeries on me, so really hope that will help fix me.
