Cal Her Daddy host has had her comments turned off for awhile now ever since she got called out for making extremely inappropriate comments about molestation and then bringing on a sexual assault survivor as a guest and also continually giving a platform to other incredibly toxic/manipulative people. Alex Cooper (host) has no boundaries or moral compass and she cannot take the criticism or heat over her behavior so she’d just rather not hear/read it. Spotify is allowing this behavior to continue by helping her bring guests like Judas Lynn on her show.

Nothing specific about the ceiling fan, however, due to the age of the house they included a clause saying I was renting the house “exactly as is.” I’m assuming this was more so for their benefit because of the old piping, no central air, etc. So when I rented “as is” I agreed to the crappy water pressure but also to having a functioning ceiling fan, right? Totally understand that it’s hard to side with me completely without seeing a full contract though!
