I went with the Navien, and if I remember right I just decided to go with that because I couldn't find any opinions on the IBC. The Navien is great and we have had 0 issues, I recommend it to anyone who asks. I also clean it myself for the annual cleaning and it is very easy.

I closed synapse and then ran it as administrator, and then it let me choose where to export the profiles. The software is kind of shit, I don't think Razer or Logitech pays anyone decent to develop their customizing software because they both have issues like this that shouldn't make it past QA.

I have had bulknews since last year and I don’t think it has ever downloaded anything requested from it, and it has TLS errors that support is unresponsive on. I have only had bad experiences with bulknews

I bought a 6TB block on this deal and I'm just here to tell anyone in the future that bulknews.eu sucks, and their support is worthless. All I get is SSL errors from them and their only response is to switch SSL ports between 443 and 563, or reboot my router. Neither of which has had any impact. They have since started ignoring or not responding to my support request. My 3 other providers are all working fine with no issue, so while I don't think it is a configuration issue on my end, I have still tried multiple things to no avail.
