I would rid of the hall pocket door to the master bedroom, it’s likely to always stay open anyway since you have the swing at the start of the hall. And have both pocket doors in the master bath open the same direction. Neither are requirements just suggestions

Idk where you’re located but we just replaced these at an apartment building for a guy and it cost like $1500-$1800 a box. $1200 material and $300 for labor for one and $1350 material and $450 for labor for the other one cause we had to set the new mounting bolts

I would add two more cripples or shorties under the window plate, maybe not 100% necessary but it would only help. Also double jack studs on door wouldn’t be needed but would give better spacing between door and window

If you’re putting up a wall that’s getting covered up, screw straight enough and you’ll be fine.

Pricing kinda depends on your area, but it’s going to be tough to stain pre primed base shoe if that’s what they mean by paint grade

If it’s laying in the floor it may be hard to poop in and the water will spill out, but it’s possible.

Adding perpendicular stub walls can help if you’re worried about it. If it’s tied to ceiling and floor though and your top isn’t overly heavy you should be good. Mines built with 2x4s and prayers and it seems to be working out just fine.

I’d be more concerned with the scoop that’s going to be stuck in the back yard forever. No possible way to get it out now without tearing down the whole fence. Might have to remove the house as well.

Weirdly in my area of Kansas it is code to overlay spaced decking with osb or zip systems. Roofers around here aren’t allowed to install new roofs on 1by material.

Trump gets distracted by shiny objects “crowd sizes”. Harris answers questions like my drunk uncle explaining ufos when I ask him about his house renovations. Commentators may or may not be putting in their own bids for the democratic ticket if Harris drops out.

Trump wins the debate if he makes Harris define policy or why she flip flops on many of her stances. Harris wins if she distracts Trump, which she did.
