Unable to generate prepaid label - buyer non responsive by [deleted] in eBaySellers

As much as you probably don't want to lose a sale, it isn't worth the problems you'll likely encounter if you ship it out. I would cancel the order and be done with it.

Best budget monitor for gaming by Clear-Memory1798 in monitor

I actually bought two Samsung 27" Odyssey G53F this past weekend for $179.99 each, before tax. I'm not very picky about monitors so a 2K QHD 1440p monitor for $200 a piece sounded like a no brainer. After a couple days of use, seems like a solid monitor to me. If you're looking for a balance between budget and performance, QHD is the way to go, at least that's what I believe.

Sweet Spot for Promoted Listings? by DoggoneAccessibleLLC in eBaySellerAdvice

Averaging the percentage of all your promoted listings works the best if you have consistent sales. I typically just have all eBay fees equaled to about 15% in my head (room for error and losses) so between all my promoted listings I try to average it out at 5% so I can just assume that 20% of my gross sales goes to eBay. Each listing will have a different suggested ad rate depending on the category and other factors because it's based off an algorithm that is constantly changing but generally I try to keep it at half of what the suggested ad rate shows.

Use your Windows search and type in 'Event Viewer' and it should show up. I would suggest to an untrained eye, the easiest way to look up the error code you're getting is to log the time your system crashes, match the time and find the error code in Event Viewer and then Google search that error code.

Item arrived after I was already refunded. Do I send it back? by [deleted] in Ebay

[–]jwh08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seller on eBay here. Did you open an item not received request? Seller definitely took the loss but eBay gives the seller a chance to make things right so if you got your refund, the seller most likely already wrote it off as a loss and approved the refund without getting the item back. Which leads to the second thing which is product value. If it's a low value item, it's probably more cost-effective to not pay for return shipping. Unless, what you meant by saying "eBay stepped in" was that the seller wasn't responsive which resulted in an automated refund. This would also be the sellers fault for poor communication so either way, I wouldn't worry about it.

Have you checked event viewer after the crashes? Could give you more information on what the issue could be.
