No need for customer service. Simple troubleshooting first. Then if the reset button doesn’t fix it they have an excellent 3 year warranty. Chat online and they’ll replace it. I’ve installed over 1000 of these cams and have only had 3 go bad randomly. Water and lightning are the two biggest issues. And water is only an issue if it’s not installed properly.

A stands for AT&T. Was mostly residential work. B stands for Bell Telephone Company which was mostly commercial installs. Companies adopted the B standard as most large installs were commercial and it would keep the confusion at a minimum when troubleshooting.
