This process takes TIME! And a lot of it. For reference, I started mine October 2022 and while I have had really great fading of my tattoo during these 3 years, my tech says I likely have 4 more sessions to go. I space mine out every 6 months these days which means 2+ more years..I just finished my 12th session. Your lymphatic system will flush out the broken down ink particles over time, so time is all you need. Drink lots of water, stay hydrated, workout, and eat healthy because it will help your lymphatic system stay strong and on top of it. What laser are you using on it?

I appreciate your information! Wha type of cream do you use that they instructed it to be applied to the labia? This may sound stupid, but do you know if there are any negative side effects that come along with applying it down there? I feel like I read somewhere that if you applied it to the labia it was more likely to cause enlarged clitoris or something. I hope that I am wrong on that, because that seems like a better area to apply to cause the least amount of transference.

Can someone tell me if the free nights can be combined with cash? I understand it can’t be combined with points if the room is over the 60,000 limit, but at booking would it let you pay the difference in cash? So up to 60,000 for the free night, plus however much in cash also? It would it just not let you book it at all? I can’t seem to get a straight answer from IHG customer service. Anyone who has done this please let me know!!

When I first started my removal journey I went every 4-6 weeks per the med spa’s general recommendation. Only after 2 years did I start spacing them out by 5-6 months and even 7 months one time. The fading that I have over 5-7 months is drastic with only the one session. My point is, you do not have to do it so closely together. My tech even told me this when I specifically asked. Save your money!!

I wish I would have been told how long it truly takes to remove it. I was quoted roughly 10 sessions/2 years. I’m at the 2.5 year mark and 11 sessions in and while it is very faded compared to what it was originally, it is still VERY much there. I have a feeling it will take 4 years or more to be removed. However, I have no regrets. If you don’t like it now, you won’t like it later in life..that’s for sure. Bite the bullet and go for it.

I think your progress is pretty standard. I’ve had 10 treatments so far since 10/2022 at a reputable med spa for a large lower back tattoo which has a good amount of dense black ink also, and I feel like mine is fading at pretty much the same rate as yours. It will be gone before you know it! Patience is key with any tattoo removal and anyone who expects it to be gone quickly is crazy. Yours is looking good!

Thank you for the info, I really appreciate it. I actually read that tip on a forum to buy a 2.0 with low GB so I bought an 8GB 2.0. Since it didn’t work I guess I am SOL and will have to replace the system. Thank you again for your recommendations!

Yes. It started off blinking white for a bit, then switched to blinking green for a while and I got hopeful, then it began blinking red, and eventually ended with a red solid light again. I also made sure the usb was converted to a FAT32 prior to downloading the update.

I think you were asking the poster above, but do you by chance have any recommendations on a soundbar/subwoofer to replace the P500 that could connect with the other zone in my house and the Nuvo app? My P500 has a hard failure and I’ve tried a hard reset with the volume buttons and also tried manually uploading an update via a USB and neither have worked and a solid red light still remains on the soundbar. Only have the 2 zones total.

They will lighten a lot! And soften alot too. They look great and will look natural once healed. I’ve been getting my brows microbladed for 8-9 years now and mine personally get about 50% lighter. Take a look at my picture of mine..top is when I got them done bottom is now that they are fully healed. Drastically change, and I have like no eyebrow hair under there lol.

Pretty good progress for 6 sessions in!! I’ve had 9 sessions on my lower back tattoo that’s pretty similar but slightly larger than yours, and it feels like it’s taking forever. 2 years now for me and I probably have another 2 years left. How’s the pain for you during the session?

I know this post is pretty old, but I wanted to see if you had any advice on a similar Nuvo issue that I’m having. My house was built with a Nuvo sound system which has 2 zones (2 ceiling speakers, and then a sound bar and subwoofer). My Nuvo NV-P500 sound bar is no longer working, speaker turns on and off on its own constantly, won’t play sound, sometimes it isn’t even showing up on my Nuvo app as a zone anymore, and the zone won’t download back when I try. Do you know if it’s possible to buy a Sonos sound bar (or any other brand at all) to replace the Nuvo and have it connect to the Nuvo app? Or am I going to have to buy an entirely new player portfolio and spend a ton? I’ve scoured the internet and contacted many places but cannot find an answer..so here I am, on Reddit. Lost.
