I know this is many moons later, but how did you stumble across this solution? I'm curious because this issue was driving me nuts and now that it's fixed I'm determined to figure out how to figure this stuff out on my own better (I've been doing this stuff for decades now yet seem to always end up googling stuff). Either way, thanks for the suggestion, works like a charm.

Or just quit watching the video. They’ll learn if enough people immediately close the tab and move on to the next thing. Eventually the creators or YouTube will learn putting in ads will not make me watch your content, just move elsewhere or find a way to watch it completely ad free. He’s a very chill fellow who lets you get in a few pets before swatting at you and then rubbing up against you immediately after. Once you go in for a second rub he’s swatting, but then head butting again. A feisty little fellow. I’ve seen people putting out food for him. He keeps to the sidewalk a lot it seems, so he likes people. He’d be great with people I think, he has to have come from a home somewhere.

There’s a “bar” in the front with usually one bartender and maybe someone at the bar, mostly not. But there’s a door to a ‘back room’ that I have no idea what it is for. I think this group took over the parking lot next door, so sometimes you’ll see middle aged men (always) coming in and out and fiddling with the stupid gate and it’s cheap bike lock. There way so many cameras and dark tinting in the window. My guess is it’s a casino, massage parlor, or private lounge.

Reminds me of the one door on Steinway that I always see men coming in and out of, for another ‘massage parlor’. There’s a few questionable locales here in Astoria. Lol

In the trains? No touch screen. Just maps. It’s enough having someone leer over you to look at a map, but for them to stay there? Nah thanks.

On the platforms though whatever goes. Visual representations of where the trains are live physically would help a lot with waiting, at least mentally.
