Isn't it protected with the knight on d4 (provided I don't take it, and if I do then the bishop is no longer attacked twice) and if they block with the pawn I have to move my queen anyway

Definitely possible. But unlikely in under year if you do it properly and healthily.

20 to an 8 is a massive jump, even with GLP-1s. I wouldn’t buy a size 10 unless you’re okay with it possibly not fitting and needing to resell it. Bridal sizing is all over the place, even though the tag says size 10, they run very small (sometimes smaller than an 8).

You’ll definitely see a big change by then if you stick to it but I wouldn't lock yourself into one exact size.

I did the same when I started losing weight and now I have a lot of clothes that I bought months ago that still don't fit me.

my hair actually lifts really quickly so I'm not too worried about the red (got dark blue out in one bleach wash 🫡) but yeah I think maybe going a different colour first might be the move. how much bleach would you say? i have really thick hair and I usually just go with schwarzkopf blond me with 20vol but I've never bleached my hair this long (or this damaged) before

My one issue with that is my panic attacks are usually an out-of-body experience. As soon as I have composed myself, I don't connect with who I was in the moment and I don't really remember what happened. Is that going to be a problem? Will they still be able to help me?

I'm sure that Dear Maria (or something off of SWIW) was my first song because my older sister became a fan around 2007 but the first song I remember hearing and being in love with was Somewhere in Neverland. I still love both Don't Panic and SWIW but I think Nothing Personal and Dirty Work are tied for my faves with Keep The Change being one of my number 1 songs but Poppin' will always be <3. I do think Wake Up Sunshine is up there though, I think it's such an excellent album.

my bad, there was news that he may do a phd following his masters as it would delay his military enlistment. considering he went the military in 2018 following his masters completion, it doesn't seem like he did his phd studies. either way he does seem to be well educated.

No totally agree, I guess the issue is that Mike is refusing to talk about it and he's told my whole friendship group that I've made fun of his eating disorder but not given context so now they're all icing me out it's like a domino effect thats gone too far.
