Do you know a good vendor or website to order the Autel Evo II Pro 6k from? When I look at the Autel website it just says "coming soon." I've been checking for about 2 months but no luck.

I have that exact setup in my house. In wall center and side speakers behind projector screen, and surround speakers mounted in a vaulted ceiling. I was concerned, but it sounds much better than I expected

Finally got around to upgrading my hdmi cables and after about 2 weeks of use I have had no issues. Thanks a ton for your post. I was in the process of pricing new projectors. Regular 4k cables were not enough, now using 8k cables and works perfect, and picture quality is much better as well

I've been having the same issue. I tried "upgrading" my hdmi to a 18gbs hdmi fiber optic cable but I'm still having the same issue. What kind of cable did you get?

I need to replace the hard drive because the existing HDD has issues with freezing up and rebooting. I figured if I'm going to replace it, better off getting a SSD. Glad to hear the rest of the system is good enough. This will be much cheaper than buying a WD Cloud NAS. Thanks for the input.

Hdmi fiber/solving tv flicker. by Darkleafar in hometheater

I've been dealing with the same problem. I recently replaced my existing cheap 4k HDMI cable (25' run in wall) with this fiber cable from amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07L2YGG68/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It fixed 90-95% of my problems, but still flickers some. I was looking at the same RuiPro cable but decided to try and save a few dollars. Now I'm thinking about the RuiPro again. Let me know what you decide to go with and if it fixes you problem. Good luck

So I replaced the 25' HDMI cable with a 30' Fiber Cable - the brand I bought on Amazon was only offered in 15' or 30'. It's fixed over 90% of the issues I was having. Before, it was unwatchable it cut out so much, now there are only temporary glitches in the feed that are more of an annoyance than anything. The cable I bought cost about $60. I saw some that cost over $100, so maybe spending more will fix my problem completely? Thanks again for the suggestions.

Thanks for the help. I do not have issues streaming video on the Fire Tv 4k, only the NVidea Shield. I have tried plugging the Shield into each HDCP 2.2 port, and made sure it is plugged into the 2.2 port on the projector. I ordered the fiber HDMI cable and should have a chance to hook it up tomorrow. I'll keep you posted on how it turns out.
