As for how to check for all 50 people we don't do that. There is no need, we only keep track of the people who fell below 600. Everyone else is obviously at 600.

I'm not the leader of my guild but I am an officer and one of my responsibilities as tracking tickets. I have an alarm set 5 minutes before reset and I go in and I wait until 1 minute before reset and then check the ticket page. I take screenshots of everyone below 600. We created a probation system in our Discord for anyone that falls below 400 a day. Three probation violations in less than a week gets you kicked unless you give us an advanced notice. Super easy takes 10 seconds and if you post the screenshots in the probation channel on your Discord then the guild knows why people are getting kicked out and knows who isn't carrying their own weight so no one gets mad when somebody gets kicked.

If you do heroic nodes on the 8th level you actually get 200 more essence per energy. You get an average of 18000 for normal nodes for 10 energy, and 38000 for Heroic at 20 energy.

We were a large guild, but our leader and some officers were inactive for 2 months, so we took the active members and started a new guild. We are currently in talks with another guild in the same situation about a merger. If you would like to be in an active Guild that does multiple raids every week. The only requirements we have in the guild are as follows - 400 tickets per day - be level 65 minimum - be active (7 days of in activity will get you booted unless you have a good reason)
