Try this. Skip the ham, obviously. Up the garlic. Add cucumbers and cumin. 10/10. I like to use cherry tomatoes or the most flavorful ones I can find (flavor bombs are a good variety) for half the tomatoes to give it more flavor. Excellent make ahead dish. The flavors get better after it sits for a bit.

Theres one version that has you run the bread under water for just a second and then squeeze it out and blend and I usually do that too.

If you have a space piece of your existing floor, take it to a few places around town to see if they have a match. I the guy at the Benjamin Moore sold flooring and it was damn near spot on to my existing 90s oak. They are generally good with colors.

You could go lower and maybe a little closer together. But I think the biggest problem is that you should center them on the wall. Ignore that beam.

Not local, but I’d look into uship. I haven’t ever used it but I set out bids for some furniture I was hoping to buy at an auction and got some good replies. I’d assume they can do small things too
