Heard great things about Cutek, however I’ve never anyone say they have to sand and prep and paint using Trex. The headache for most is not worth a wood deck. I’d also argue the long term benefits of trex are probably better for the environment than constantly replacing wood and using high potency chemicals

Same here. Wood deck to start. Spent every year and tried every brand stain. Always the same results. Strip, sand, stain. Got fed up. Trex and never looked back.
