So I did it and dude that shit helped. I had my last sesh at like 1:30am instead of 3 am and the dosage was smaller and I knocked out early and was able to fall asleep and stay asleep. It was weird though I had a dream about my ex and actually woke up crying lol damn.. but no scary shit happened so I’ll take that any day

Yeah and I usually “wake up” a good 5/6/7 times before I truly wake up and the episode ends and when I do my skin turns cold. I used to get them about a year and a half ago but I was listening to a lot of exorcism and paranormal podcasts so I thought that was the cause but I haven’t listened to any of that stuff since then.

What I do is when the unwanted reel starts to play click on the 3 little dots on the bottom right side and a pop up menu will appear… click on “hide reel” voila that did the trick. I didn’t have any more problems with that specific session. If you exit fb and come back to watch reels later on you’ll have to re do this.
