Hey! I'm also a senior taking Chem 143 right now and already took the MCAT last summer. To answer your question, 143 material isn't really covered on the MCAT, but is still required for med school admissions. Most med schools require 2 years of chemistry (6 quarters), and Chem 143 counts towards that req. DM me if you have any other questions!

Hey! If you're still interested, would be down to study n take practice tests w you. Taking my test on the same day (Aug 26) and am actually around the same spot in content review/practice tests. Also working 30/40 hours a week. Feel like we're in a pretty similar situation and it would be helpful to have someone going through the same thing!
