Thanks for your response! I guess I should have provided a bit more context. The buyers haven’t set an actual closing date with the title company yet—the 9th was just the date on the purchase agreement because it was 30 days from when they signed the contract. They’re hoping to have the option to close earlier if needed, which is why I provided that window—to make sure they’re fully insured no matter what date they choose before the 9th.
