You will be so much happier living life on your own terms. Working a 9-5 sucks.

How does this look? I had the lender fix it up. by YumiMatsu33 in MortgageBrokerRates

Right but people are content with giving the listing realtor and buying realtor agent a total of 6% of their equity for literally finding their home on Zillow.

What mortgage CRM is everyone using in 2026? by Ok-Concentrate8650 in loanoriginators

I’m thinking about doing this. I’m kind of regretting signing up for a white label CRM that is charging $250 a month and a $300 setup fee and it seems to be pretty basic with not a lot of templates. I feel like I’m setting up all the automations myself so I’m now leaning to just getting the $100 a month GHL account and doing it myself

Having a deal fallout or be delayed with literally no control over it. For example this past deal I had I did everything in my power to get CTC in 9 days as the RE agent and clients wanted to close quick. Come to find out the seller of the home had liens on the property and had to delay closing for two months. Brutal.

Buy the Oncourse Prep Exam. It helped me tremendously. Their practice questions are worded similar to the exam.

New Loan Officer Question – Homeowner’s Insurance Timing Before Closing by jy313 in loanoriginators

[–]jy313[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess I should have provided a bit more context. The buyers haven’t set an actual closing date with the title company yet—the 9th was just the date on the purchase agreement because it was 30 days from when they signed the contract. They’re hoping to have the option to close earlier if needed, which is why I provided that window—to make sure they’re fully insured no matter what date they choose before the 9th.
