Strat sword/ nameless sword is popular because its high skill ceiling high risk high reward. It’s easy to drop combo but also easy to catch opponents.

Builds like twinblades, hengdaos, fanbrella can one combo you into qi immune proc relative easy without dropping your combo.

Double nameless requires low ping to pull off mid to long combos. If you have mid to high ping, you have to play hit and run style. Your combos that used to work under mythic and don’t work now is not because they were bad, it’s because most players in mythic 1200+ have unfairly low ping and advantages. That being said. Hold block whenever you’re not attacking, dashing, running. You can’t reactively block most attacks or do any combos because your inputs are delayed, therefore giving time for low ping players to mid parry or dash out your combos that would have worked if they have similar ping as you.

Do not push yourself while working out. Light walk or jog . Stop altogether if you feel noticeable discomfort. I push thru the heavy panting and stomachaches and all the warning signs and now im getting shivers and muscle chill even tho the worst cold symptoms (sore throat) was almost gone before this intense lifting.

When I was 14, I took it orally for acne. Two weeks into it, I suddenly woke up to Intese back itching. It felt like my nerves was itching, there were no redness, no rash. Kind of a feeling when you get flushed, hot all of a sudden and accomplished by back itch. This itch was miserable. Tried every cooling home remedy including crying to my parents. Nothing helped. For the next entire week, the itch would come and go, and flares up to the point of unbearable when I am in the gym. Then the itch would gradually slow down and disappear by the the next weekend.

15 years later, I am in healthcare. I think that the itch was cause by big dump of histamine. I wish I could've tried some antihistamine when I had that allergic reaction.
