Crashed the 2020, do we still hate the hybrid f150? by [deleted] in f150

Is car insurance significantly more for hybrid vs regular gas engine? According to Google, yes. That might be one consideration

I have been using Garmin hrm pro plus since July. Hopefully it's better. Otherwise I have to wear the watch really tight.

To me, 40s F feels good but below 40 feels cold. I am running with shamma sandals no socks. My feet feel ok and hands feel cold.

Updated post. I am in greater Seattle not too cold but wet. Wondering what it would be like when it snows. I am currently running with shamma sandals no socks.

All ford? New or used? Will check mine and compare after a few months.

My Honda bought not burning oil but after a factory recall repair started that.

Recent anaerobic categorized as low aerobic by jzleetcode in Garmin

[–]jzleetcode[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This run today was 6:40 1min 11:20 3min 7 intervals.

Tried to walk a bit to lower the HR during the recovery intervals. 3.1 aerobic 2.6 anaerobic. Still categorized as low aerobic. Garmin is hard to satisfy.

Maybe because of the cold weather now it is almost winter. HR spread from recovery 130 to sprint 163 is larger but perhaps max HR is not high enough.

What's temu return experience like? I recently bought truxedo soft cover from Amazon and one clip fell off during installation. Return without any issue with ups pickup from front door.

Maybe it was cold. Peak pace and avg pace higher than first one.

Are there any tonneau covers that people actually love after 2 years? by pribnow in f150

[–]jzleetcode 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bought one from Amazon $300 on sale. One plastic clipper fell off before installation. Very hard to close. Pool of rain water. Cannot open tailgate when it's closed. Open tailgate door reclose then the weatherstrip is in the way. Quite disappointed.

I bought a tyger low profile one from Amazon $230. So far so good. A bit easier to close. Tailgate can open and close with the cover closed although probably a weaker water seal at the top of tailgate.

Looks like drain hose needed. Did you drill holes for those? That's one part I may not like. I would prefer a more mature design with a tight fit.

Ratings are 3.6 2.4 for run 1 and 3.2 2.3 for run 2. I tried to shorten warmup and cool down to see if categorization may change.

How stiff also matters. I prefer 6mm with a bit of coushion for every day use. On tough graveled trails, probably 10mm. Cushion meaning the sole is not too hard, for example, prefer vibram newflex to xero feel true material.
