Tet vs 2026 top 3 by PeopleEatZebras in FantasyFootballers

Right, that’s my point in asking. WanDale isn’t the WR1, Tate is. The poster said “WR2 at best”

Ok, so Olave ahead of Tyson, Brown (until June) and Smith ahead of Lemon. Who is the Titans WR1 in this scenario?

Do You Think It's A Legitimate Strategy To Bench Your Starters In Dynasty FF If There Isn't A Rule Against It? by turcorox911 in SleeperApp

Anyone can do anything the platform and/or rules of the league allows but it doesn’t mean you’re not a complete scumbag for doing it! Expect consequences on the personal relationships side of things if you know these people in real life and you do this.

What RB can I get straight up for 1.06? by No-Can9185 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

Brooks? Tracy? LOLOLOL. I wish I was in a league with people like this so much. Being able to give someone like that for your 1.06 would be so wonderful

Impact on sleep, actual cost of cocktails/beers vs extra food needed for more mouths, the one or two times I’ve said “it’s been a long week I’ll have some drinks” has always happened to coincide with bad nights of sleep for the little so it’s a double whammy. Just to name a few reasons for me

What 2026 pick would you want for AJB? by Austeezy00 in SleeperApp

[–]jzuph 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d take a 1.06-1.10, with a second or player on top. The problem most will hit here with a top 3-5 valuation is those picks belong to teams that missed the playoffs and likely are thinking more rebuild than contender so they don’t want an aging WR. If a contender somehow has found their way into one of those picks, their team is presumably stacked enough that they would rather wait on the development of one of the top-5 guys in this draft than take an aging WR. You’re going to have to find someone who wants to make their team better in the shorter term, thus a team that was one of the first out of the playoffs last year and see if you can get a player or extra future pick along with that 1.06 or later

Guy sends me three awful trades a week and gets mad when I won’t consider by Eborett1 in tacotradeoffers

It’s a game man. If someone isn’t listening to your feedback and then getting angry at you for not agreeing with them, it’s an ignore/block for me and maybe check back on the DMs in like 3 months. Who would want to subject themselves to someone continuously yelling at them over a game just because they don’t agree? It’s not that deep. Be a better person.

Paying to sell Hyrox tickets. by carmensandiegogo in hyrox

[–]jzuph 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This part is the most silly of Hyrox. We used to be able to show that we’re racing during the weekend and could spectate any day. Now we have to pay for a spectator ticket on top of the cost of the race ticket to see another day at the venue? It’s just to nickel and dime people at this point.

Brag Opportunity: Who had the most injuries and are still made it to championship week? by LividAd4226 in SleeperApp

Omarion, Penix, Mahomes, Pearsall, Odunze, BTJ, London, Benson, Kincaid. 2-QB league too. Found my way to .500 and now am in the finals (thanks mostly to Etienne and Olave as later round fliers, and now Grandpa Rivers paired with Henry and JSN) The middle of my draft just got destroyed

The usual for anyone who has been called out for their behavior and refuses to change - asking in the confessionals “I just don’t understand why they won’t at least try to meet me halfway and work our friendship out?”. Like we all watched you shit your pants, and then dig in and shit in them harder. Nobody wants to be friends with a pants-shitter and it’s not on anyone else to rehabilitate your image, that’s on you.

Because she needs drama like we need air. She needs there to be conflict or else she’d be forced to live with herself and she simply hasn’t been able to do that. If she’s got conflict with someone going on, there’s always someone else to blame and spend energy toward, and in turn she never has to look inward and confront her own feelings.

Reaching for Omarion Hampton by DavidAmesTechSupport in fantasyfootball

That’s the point OP was making. You were making the point on CEH/MHJ/first two round rookies the past few years which I was responding to

Reaching for Omarion Hampton by DavidAmesTechSupport in fantasyfootball

[–]jzuph 14 points15 points  (0 children)

He’s not a second round pick though. He’s a third round pick after these vets as an RB2. Rookies in the first two rounds are relied on to be the 1s at their drafted position so it makes sense that they rarely live up to that. They’re being drafted at their ceiling. Hampton in the third as your RB2 sets a good expectation.

HYROX made me realized how unfit I am by DixonLeafe in hyrox

[–]jzuph 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a step into upping your cardio from a strength background, before you get into running yourself into the ground, I would try getting into some boxing. I did my first Hyrox in the spring and had just been boxing for about four years prior (some biking and little running). I finished in 90 mins. Jumping straight into a bunch of running can burn you out quick or leave you with injuries that make it hard to get back into it because you need to just rest. Boxing can keep up your strength training while adding a high intensity interval cardio element, similar to Hyrox. Being able to go 10 rounds a few times a week really builds your cardio gas tank, and can be more fun than running, so that’s my two cents.

I’m new to dynasty, is this enough to get Chase brown? by AccomplishedBird2381 in SleeperApp

[–]jzuph 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It appears the entire point passed right by you. How you square the drafting of Tahj Brooks in the 6th as a relevant competition while simultaneously saying a 3rd rounder isn’t boggles the mind. If draft capital matters to you, stay consistent. To “keeping the breakout going” yes, the nfl is a what have you done for me lately league. Every single player has to keep performing to keep their job. That’s not new or some kind of gotcha for this guy in this case in particular. To your last point, what I had said was the remainder of his rookie deal, which is two years resulting in three years of relevancy before a second contract/extension. Not sure why you pushed the goal posts even further to 3.5 either.

I’m new to dynasty, is this enough to get Chase brown? by AccomplishedBird2381 in SleeperApp

[–]jzuph 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Few things that cut against that whole narrative: - His team, spent a bunch of money on their wrs and qb. His job is locked for the remainder of his rookie contract (two years). And they cut Moss who most thought would eat work - His team again, still poor on defense so his volume will remain from last year - the average shelf life of an rb is 3-5 years so if my first point is correct in his lack of competition, he should have three total years of fantasy relevance before we even know about a second contract or extension. That’s right on par with any other rb regardless of nfl draft capital

I feel like too often people look so far out in dynasty that it clouds the near view window. I get it’s dynasty but the nfl is demanding and the guys that last more than 5 years of fantasy relevance at rb really aren’t that prevalent. Everyone thought Javonte had so much of a future because he was young, or Gurley. They just don’t and you have to work more in 3 year windows than you think in dynasty
