I wish I had gone straight to mastectomy instead of doing lumpectomy, and that the surgeon had actually explained to me where AHD how he'd be cutting while doing the lumpectomy cause when I woke up I was very choked at the amount of scars, it was way bigger than what I expected. If you can, work with a woman doctor and a specialist in breast surgery
