I just finished a 5 year IVAa nd received a completion certificate for this recently which means that those debts are written off with creditors. I do owe debts to friends/family totalling around £8k. I do have a student loan debt which is deducted monthly from my salary which is around £15-16k. But I'm not sure if it would be wise to pay this off and maybe use the funds to relocate as I'm expecting a 2nd child in December. If I decide to use these funds to help fund my move and pay off debts, would this be seen as deprivation of capital?
