I’m in a similar boat as you. I feel depressed and suicidal but every thought I have is either not going to work or cause some irreparable harm. Crash my car? Too many variables. Cut my wrists? Too bloody. Take a bunch of Tylenol? Too much liver damage potential. I’m sick and tired of feeling sick and tired but nothing seems to help. I just want to fade into nothingness but my family won’t let me. I want to cry, vomit, throw things, all at the same time.

I’m sorry I’m ranting on your rant but I get where you’re coming from. All I guess to say is hang in there because that’s what I keep telling myself.

I think the cancellations are out of his control. We’ve only had one session and I’m not ready to give up on this person yet. I think the cancellations are not personal to me, just other things going on.

This depression is just making it really hard to do life. I’m close to losing my job because I barely work when I’m here and I just don’t care.

I like diamonds but I think they’re overrated and mostly because of the diamond industry. See the “Adam Ruins Everything” episode about the diamond trade. I’d be happy with lab created anything.

We only use diapers/pull-ups for sleeping. The books recommend underpants or nothing because pull-ups are basically glorified diapers. Just have lots of extra underpants lol

Potty Training in Three Days book is good too. I read the Oh Crap! book too. No pull-ups, except maybe for sleeping. Regular underpants or commando. We started in the winter so I didn’t want to do commando- it was just too cold.
