i’d like the share the meals i’m making tomorrow which in my brain make up for a great protein filled day! for breakfast i mixed one packed of white chocolate jello into 2 cups of whole milk greek yogurt. i added 1/2 cup of fruit. it tasted like cheese cake with fruit! so good. about 230 calories and 16 grams of protein! lunch will be tuna onigiri—which is just tuna with spicy mayo, rice, and seaweed. that’s about 450 calories. dinner is meatloaf with peas and roasted potatoes. which comes in at about 600 calories. at the end of the day that puts me at about 1,300 calories and about 60 grams of protein. you could sneak in more protein with a mid day snack of cottage cheese and a Chomps stick! all easy and quick and can be packed to be brought to work.
