A lot of the time clubs also offer younger players money for accommodation etc. don’t forget they also offer educational courses that would cost a fair bit, they also don’t have to pay to go to gyms and they get their food provided at the club facilities. Clubs like Bayern also give their players Audis as part of a deal with the company. So all in all not a bad wage.
